This is a quite post to people using this computer for audio production.
The audio interface I use is the Motu UltraLite mk3 hybrid. It works great on OS X 10.8.x, and I have not encountered any issues so far.
I use to use a Mac OS X audio enhancement called Prosoft Hear. I recently reinstalled it onto my freshly installed OS X. Suddenly audio ceased working through the Motu AI. After multiple reboots and fiddling around I decided to uninstall Prosoft Hear. Voila. The audio was working perfectly again.
When Hear was installed, Logic Pro would produce the following error:
Error code 28773 was returned by the Audio driver
As soon as I uninstalled Hear the issue went away.
